Consent, Rights & Responsible Use

Every license issued by Elimar Ugueto is backed by explicit, written talent consent and a clear framework of permitted and prohibited uses. This protects the integrity of the voice, the licensee's brand, and the end audiences who hear it.

Explicit, Documented Consent

Elimar Ugueto personally authorizes each AI voice license through a signed Voice Data Consent Agreement that specifies the purpose, scope, duration, and territory of use. Consent complies with the EU AI Act (2025), the Tennessee ELVIS Act, California AB 2602, and New York Labor Law §50-F. The voice model is never trained on, or combined with, third-party voice data.

What This Voice Will Never Be Used For

To protect the licensee, the audience, and the integrity of the voice itself, the following uses are expressly prohibited under every license tier and will result in immediate termination and takedown of all generated audio:

Political campaign material, election content, or government propaganda
Impersonation of any real person, living or deceased
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or child-exploitative content
Hate speech, harassment, or content inciting violence or discrimination
Deepfake audio designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate
Content that violates the FTC Impersonation Rule (2024) or equivalent laws in the licensee's jurisdiction
Financial scams, phishing, robo-call fraud, or unauthorized marketing calls
Any use that violates applicable law in the territory of deployment
